PTO ACCRUAL

Associates on military leaves of absence covered by USERRA will continue to accrue PTO in accordance with the SiteOne PTO benefit plan.

SERVICE PAY

Paid time off to cover military leaves less than 30 days, like inactive duty or annual training or short-term active duty.

DIFFERENTIAL PAY

When deployed on active duty longer than 30 days, this benefit covers the difference in wages between your base pay and military base pay up to two years.
