Position Overview

Join our team as a Bilingual (Spanish) IT Service Desk Technician, responsible for providing excellent customer service for internal customers and responding to requests for technical assistance.

 

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

 

  • Providing excellent customer service for internal customers
  • Respond to requests for remote technical assistance via phone, ticket or email
  • Installation and support of computers, laptops, tablets, and thin clients
  • Installation and support of desk phones and cellular phones
  • Installation and support of MS Office and other applications
  • Installation and support of printers, scanners, fax and other business equipment
  • Troubleshooting network connectivity
  • Maintaining hardware and software inventory
  • Account management in AD, Exchange, and other applications
  • Managing file share permissions in a Windows environment
  • Ordering, shipping and receiving of IT equipment
  • Creating and maintaining images for computers, laptops, and thin clients
  • Vendor management and escalations
  • Professional documentation of all issues in ServiceNow 
  • Work with team members to efficiently solve problems
  • Ability to travel 10%

Skills We Are Seeking

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience 
  • 2 years of technical support experience
  • Extensive computer hardware and software experience 
  • Experience with troubleshooting telecom, networking, and VPN solutions
  • Experience with thin clients and Citrix infrastructure
  • Strong technical and analytical aptitude
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40lbs and maintain warehouse and stock room inventories
  • Ability to multitask and remain detail oriented 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Can work independently and is self-motivated
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to work weekends on a rotational basis 
  • Ability to work different shifts as needed
